North students always work together to help each other succeed and move on

I chose to go to a community college because of its accessibility and variety of programs…I see a lot of people like me here, who are immigrants, who have families, who work and study at the same time. In the community college I was able to advance step-by-step and get necessary skills in English first. I’m planning to continue working for North Seattle College after graduating. [A full-time employee in the Maintenance Department at North, he takes classes part-time.] I like its atmosphere, and I can see that my job, my knowledge and my skills are useful and needed.
