Guidelines for On-call Advising

To schedule an appointment, call (206) 934-3658 or stop by the Student Success Services front desk.

Depending on the type of question(s) you have, you may need to schedule an appointment with an academic advisor, or you may need to come by for on-call advising. Appointments and on-call advising are available during regular office hours, listed in the rust-colored box to the right.

Guidelines for On-call Advising

(10 minutes or less)

  • Policy/procedure questions
  • Help with adding or dropping classes
  • Campus referrals
  • Explaining your degree audit
  • Getting entry codes for registration
  • Credit overload approvals (Exception: international students must see IP advisor)
  • Quarterly Veteran’s Advisory form (classes already chosen)
  • Printing a degree audit for financial aid
